Bob was traveling and saw a truck that was loaded up that had been abandoned on the side of the road, and there was a new bridge up ahead down the way. And he goes on to say “there’s a new opening for you. A new thing is taking place, but some of you need to take your position and start driving again.”
He looked inside the truck and there were treasures unbelievable. His gifts never tarnish or give way. He asked the Lord what happened and he said “They have abandoned my promises. Their impatience and the world pressuring them, that they no longer believe the promises I gave them. Get them back in the driver’s seat for they have literally abandoned what I have spoken to them individually. And when they abandoned them, the enemy put the spirit of abandonment in them and it has given them other options. Options of bondage such as lust and pornography, and discontentment.”
This is what happens when we give up His words of life, we feel we can handle it without the Lord… You can’t do it on your own, you do need the Lord.
